- Our company uses the Booch method for all new product development. When
- we interviewed for additional software engineers, knowledge of Booch
- played a role in what position the new hires were offered. If they
- knew the Booch method, a software engineer position was offered. If they
- did not know Booch, or any other OO method, they were offered a staff
- programmer position.

- I think it is very important to know atleast one OO methodology. Booch or
- OMT are probably the two most likely to open doors with prospective
- employeers.
